Operations Administrator
£23,500 per year

Our client, a specialist in the distribution and supply of marine safety products, are actively looking for Operations Administrator to work on a full time permanent basis.
As a Operations Administrator you will be required to carry out various duties including:
- Producing delivery notes, invoices and new product certification for customer orders
- Coordinating Dangerous Goods notes
- Filing signed delivery notes and business copies of invoices
- Assisting with answering and directing incoming calls
- Checking Sales orders for stock prior to issue of picking orders, updating the sales team of any stock issues
- Checking of Goods Received notes and allocating stock accordingly
- Assisting the Stores staff with general administration as and when required
- Assisting with departmental filing as required
- Running basic Stock and Purchasing reports
- Ensuring all orders are expediated and delivered as required
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 08.30am until 5pm.
The salary for this role is £23,500 per year + company benefits.
