OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Home Based
Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday

We have an excellent new opportunity as a Operations Administrator to work as part of the Operations team to deliver admistrative support and ensure that any and all customer queries and escalations are dealt with in a correct and timely manner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- To answer all queries promptly in a friendly manner.
- SUpport the oprtats team in all in depot and division adminsitrative duties
- Act as an ambassador for Menzies in every transaction you may have with our customers
- To work within the Health and Safety Guidelines set out by the Company and that you are aware of the Risk assessments applicable to your area of work and compile with the relevant Safe Systems of Work.
- To ensure that all databases are kept up to date
- To inform Ops Manager of any hazards that you notice of any unsafe acts undertaken by colleagues, including near misses
WHAT YOU NEED
- Excellent communication and customer service and office skills.
- To be computer literate and competent in email.
- Relevant working experience within Distribution or Logistics or Parcel network
- Ability to work in a team and be a strong communicator
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Able towork in a fast pased environment
