Role Objective - As an Operations Executive, your primary mission is to ensure the seamless and efficient execution of all pre and post-job administrative tasks, while adhering to established business timelines and industry best practices.
The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
- Exceptional customer care skills, friendly and professional communication and accuracy are CRITICAL to the success of this role
- Ability to stay calm and level headed when working under pressure especially with seasonal pressure demands
- Initiative – ability to organise and effectively plan your own workload with minimal supervision
- Team work – you will demonstrate the traits of a conscientious team player and be willing to support colleagues in other parts of the business
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Good IT literacy, commercial astuteness and attention to detail is essential
Key Responsibilities:
Some day to day duties are as follows but the variety is far greater with no two days being the same:
- Manage and filter phone calls and emails from customers including confidential correspondence
- Using our inhouse job management software, preparing quotations and further information for customers (training will be provided)
- Liaising directly with customers via telephone and email to arrange appointments, including processing of payments
- Detailed and accurate maintenance of all critical data – including customer, supplier and diary records
- Liaising with customers explaining quotations in detail
- Day to day management of engineers diaries
- Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
- Complying with established company processes to ensure the smooth running of the business
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
