We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team to achieve our exciting growth plans. The main purpose of this role is to provide our existing customers and suppliers with continuous support though both verbal and written communication. Originally Kingston-Upon-Hull’s only convent, Endsleigh Park has been converted into comfortable and modern living spaces, benefiting from a 48-bedroom hotel and a portfolio of onsite apartments for residential letting; all within four acres of grounds and managed by our dedicated team.
Duties and responsibilities to include:
· Leading and monitoring daily activities within a customer relations environment
· Work as part of a team tasked with providing exceptional customer service
· Assisting with the efficient handling of customer enquiries and complaints by telephone or email where required
· Generating documentation and reports including inventories
· Produce weekly reports and schedules monitoring performance
· Support with the processing of purchase and sales invoices
· Liaise with our nominated utility suppliers
· Monitor stock control operation and process purchase orders
· General administrative duties such as scanning, filling, photocopying
Key skills required
· Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role
· Self-motivated, forward thinking and commercially aware
· Ability to manage time effectively ensuring deadlines are met
· Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office
· Experience in the hotel or property management industry is advantageous but not essential as training and guidance will be given
Saturdays are required. Remaining hours over week days with occasional additional hours if required to meet the demands of the business.
