Job Title: Operations Administrator Location: Liverpool - Hybrid basis of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home after training Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 per annum Length: 22 weeks initially (Scope to extend) Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, but can vary. Operating hours between 8am - 6pm We have a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job and progress career with a huge financial client based in Manchester. Our high-profile banking client is looking for an Operations Administrator to join their Client Service Delivery Team in providing settlement and custody support solutions for our institutional, Broker Dealer, Wealth and Client Advisor firms. The Client Service Delivery Department is split into a number of different teams including Client Onboarding, Cash and Data Management, Account Transfers, Asset Servicing, Settlements and Reconciliations. We are currently recruiting for a number of positions across numerous departments. Responsibilities: Processing of transactions Data collation and input Query resolution Use of Excel to manipulate and reconcile data Communication with clients via email and phone (when required) Working to tight market driven deadlines Following department accuracy verification procedures Requirements: Strong Excel skills (to include use of formulas) Must have a high level of attention detail and be able evidence past experience of identifying and correcting errors in a process/procedure Experience of working to short deadlines Highly numerate Excellent organisational skills and ability to managing own deadlines and workloads Desirable Experience of using non-Microsoft systems (including employer bespoke systems) desirable Experience of reconciling data Experience of using workflow systems where diary notes are required Candidates will need to show evidence of the above in their CV to be considered.
