There is an exciting opportunity at Fenny Lock Distribution for an Operational Visual Coordinator.
This role is all about engaging and communicating with Partners across the site, whether its Partners on the Warehouse Floor to the in Partner Dining Room you will use your Photography and Videography skills and be responsible for producing a wide variety of materials for the various teams at the NDC.
Fenny Lock opened in July 2022, and is responsible for handling a huge variety of goods for our customers. Stock holding of 1.7 million units, 120,000 different SKU’s, picking 60,000 units a day for customer orders, playing a key part of our John Lewis Distribution Network.
This is a permanent role and the salary is from £25,200 (salary based on experience)
What you’ll be doing:
Creating and maintaining a structured plan for visual communication across the site including information boards, photographs, training resources and websites
Supporting the Training Team with the creation and production of training materials, including filming Standard Operating Procedures, course and induction material and safety related training
Supporting the Resourcing team and Contingent worker agencies with the creation and production of promotional and advertising materials
Supporting Partner initiatives across the site with filming or photography, editing and sharing.
Managing and prioritising multiple projects to a deadline, researching projects, creating a production plan and communicating to all stakeholders
Tracking the number of views, effectiveness of materials against error and safety reporting (before and after)
