Job description
Hours of work: 5 days out of 7, 37.5 hours a week, 22:00-06:00 (with 1 out of 4 weekly being 20:00-04:00)
What you’ll be doing:
Support the site to deliver their operational training objectives through reviewing and auditing materials and create new training resources in line with SOPs
Develop and maintain relationships with operational and support managers to ensure effective channels of communication
Support and Deliver SOP writing, and training of new Partners and the contingent workforce
Maintain a high level of confidentiality keeping all files in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
Issue data reporting to the Training Manager and Site management, to ensure training registers and matrices are kept up to date
Deliver a high standard of customer experience for Partners, Agency, customers and suppliers on site by organising training or refresher training (as required) for Partners and agency colleagues
Provide and contribute to continual improvement initiatives for the team and/ or site
What you’ll need:
Good working knowledge of IT systems (Google)
Ability to plan and prioritise daily and weekly tasks
Previous experience of working successfully within a multi disciplinary team
Passion for learning and developing self and others
Operates with an attention to detail
What else you may bring:
Capable of covering other operations to provide support as required
Previous experience of working within a logistics/supply chain environment
Previous experience within a training or support function
