The successful candidate will deliver Lincolnshire Police’s priorities of stopping crime and ASB; protecting people from harm; and helping those in need. To do this by delivering training internally and externally in a range of operational policing skills, such as First-Aid, MOE and personal safety training, etc. thereby ensuring we will have a workforce who are knowledgeable, confident, skilled & equipped to deliver our priorities.
The post holder will demonstrate the values of the force by being courageous, open, fair and inclusiveand to do so in accordance with the principles of the Code of Ethics. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to support each member of the policing profession to deliver the highest professional standards in their service to the public.
In your role you will work closely with members of the People Development team, Force colleagues, internal/external stakeholders and external delivery teams.
Shift pattern
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
