We are looking to recruit an Operational Administrator working a 5am – 1pm shift to assist our Low Risk (Manufacturing) Production Team with data input, administration and some RCA (root cause analysis)

The successful candidates will report to the relevant Department Manager to support the functioning of the production areas. The role is based within the production department to ensure seamless transfer of information.

The role includes:

• DWOR (KPI monitoring tool) administration including the upkeep of standards.
• Uploading 5s scores
• Print out & Upload training documents.
• Review training compliance via QUOR (Technical/Training tool)
• SOP amendments
• Agency checklist & administration
• Customer complaints via QUOR
• Additional admin as required.

The successful candidate must:

• Be reliable.
• Be flexible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven organisational and numerical skills.
• Previous experience of working within a similar environment
• Knowledge of Arolink
• Good IT/Microsoft skills
• Be willing to participate in all training required.
• Have own transport.
