Answer the phone, take catering orders, and handle guest complaints utilizing the guest recovery process Keep Team Members productive and on task Ensure all Team Members are following the policies in the Policy Handbook Encourage and lead the team to success each and every day The Operation's Director is also responsible for improving: Speed - Increase overall speed of service by identifying and implementing ways to improve efficiency in various areas of the restaurant, including front counter, window, bagging, kitchen and food prep. As well as coach and train team members to work quickly and efficiently Accuracy - Increase overall accuracy by identifying and implementing ways to improve accuracy in order to achieve the restaurant's monthly goal. Coach team members to be more accurate. Labor Management - Prepare the weekly schedule in a timely manner and keep labor at the restaurant goal. Identify ways to help team members be more productive and utilize LEAN principles. What You'll Need: Must be at least 18 years old upon hire date Previous management experience preferred Eligible to work in the United States Possess reliable transportation for regular commute Available on Fridays and Saturdays Basic English speaking and reading skills are required Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and reading) Have excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills Maintain a professional appearance at all times Be comfortable to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and the ability to work well under pressure Possess mobility, speed, and multitasking abilities during shifts Be a quick learner who can adapt and perform efficiently Be proactive and focused throughout the shift Committed to maintaining a clean and safe work environment Pass the ServSafe Manager test Schedule: Work a set three 14 hour shifts (and get paid for a full 40!) Schedule is on a rotated block schedule (M, T, W one week and Th, F, S the next week) Workday is 7 AM - 9 PM No overtime (we are committed to having work/life balance!)
