Job Description
Action Invest is looking for a professional with excellent customer service skills to provide our clients with the best experience possible. You will be responsible for helping our customers feel valued and rewarded by providing them with exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential new clients
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner by providing accurate information about the services we offer, answering questions and concerns, and scheduling follow-up appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients are satisfied with the services we provide
- Build relationships of trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Schedule appointments, collect payment, and make follow-up calls as necessary to ensure account maintenance
- Coordinate with other team members to provide outstanding customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to promote company goals and objectives
- Use Zoom effectively to communicate with potential new clients by following the CLOSER process
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a retail environment or equivalent experience required. Must have demonstrated customer service skills in a retail environment. Must be able to demonstrate the following: friendly, helpful, courteous, professional demeanor, ability to communicate effectively verbally and written. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have strong work ethic. Must have strong attention to detail. Must have strong problem solving skills. Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently without direct supervision. Must be comfortable working with people at all levels within the organization including leadership levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Zoom, ActiveCampaign and Gmail required
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision preferred
Pay
- £25,000 basic salary with strong opportunities to gain commission
- £250 per customer closed
- Potential to earn up to £50,000+ inclusive of commission
