Online Sales Consultant

We have a permanent full-time Online Sales Consultant vacancy based within our vibrant e-commerce sales office working 42.5 hours a week, five days out of seven.
As an Online Sales Consultant you will be at the forefront of our business, interacting with customers and providing a world class customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Converting client product enquiries into sales.
- Manage and generate leads and sales via email, live chat and telephone.
- Answering customer enquiries, providing information on products and services.
- Processing payments, negotiating sales and confirming customer orders.
- After sales service such as managing any customer returns, converting them to a positive outcome and their next purchase.
- Making recommendations to management regarding areas of sales that need adjustments to align with market trends
- Coordinating sales activities in liaison with other relevant internal departments
- Managing a pipeline of customers with a CRM focus
Skills and experience for Online Sales Consultant:
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal as you will interact with clients via phone, email and live chat.
- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales KPI’s
- Must be available to work weekends on a rota basis, with flexibility required in seasonal busy periods.
- Able to work on own initiative and thrive under pressure
- Previous experience working in a sales environment
- Previous experience working for a Jewellery and Watch retailer would be an advantage but is not essential
