An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of an inspirational team as an Online Sales Assistant at our Lacock branch.
The ideal candidates will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and great motivation are essential.
Working days: Monday to Friday – flexibility to work some weekends as business needs require.
Online Sales Assistant duties:
- Picking our quality products for online orders
- Finalising and checking everything is as requested
- Provide service to customers seeking assistance with post-order issues such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, back-order inquiries and any other issues that may arise
- Have the ability to learn multiple software applications and technologies
- Ensure safe handling, storage and repacking of all products in line with stock locations, rotations and policies
- High level of care and accuracy with pick operations
- Assist with inventory counting where necessary
- Ensuring all customers are kept up to date with their orders in a professional manner by email and/or phone
