Job description
The Online Operation Development Team is responsible for identifying, evaluating and catalysing significant opportunities to profitably improve the Dot Com Shopping experience. The role is primarily focused on delivering improvements to increase availability, and improving substitutions recommendations.
You will be responsible for- Developing and executing our project plans while mitigating any risks during the financial year
- Ensuring key stakeholders understand the relevant opportunities to help deliver more for customers and Tesco
- Seeking out new opportunities, leveraged by insight and data analysis to identify projects which materially improve availability, profit or customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships across Technology, CEC, Business Support, Commercial & Fulfilment and the wider Online team to ensure we are able to move and execute at pace, when opportunities are identified.
- Thinking creatively to frame, structure and help solve complex problems within a dynamic environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with the relevant teams to create clarity.
- Awareness of what is happening in and around the Online grocery market, with a view to what the risks and opportunities that may arise from them.
- Clear and concise communication & good presentation skills
