We are an independently owned, fast-growing, successful online retailer, selling various exclusive brands through Amazon and other selling platforms including retail.
We are seeking a proactive and driven Account Manager with e-commerce experience who can strategically and commercially build and develop a portfolio of brands / products through Marketplaces driving sales and profit.
Reporting to the Director this role will be responsible for the following:
● Strategic management of thousands of products across your Marketplaces to drive revenue and maximise the commercial potential across your territory.
● Data Analysis of internal and external competitor and market data - extracting information to propose and implement strategic decisions that ensure products achieve optimisation and conversion goals.
● Product e-commerce marketing, understanding your product end users and uses to identify key words, USPs and sales messages with the goal to be the only product solution for customers.
● Multiple department liaison with our in-house creative and supply chain ensuring a smooth flawless process to deliver product strategic aims.
● Achieve targeted KPI’s through by proactively and energetically demonstrating clear ownership of your territory and contributing to the team's overall success.
The ideal candidate we are seeking
● eCommerce experience
● The ability to generate and analyse data, implementing change based on results.
● Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
● Business, Finance or Marketing degree (or a like minded degree)
● Strong communication skills
Desirable and very valuable:
● Marketplace seller central experience (Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.)
● Proven results in generating revenue for an online retail website or platform.
● A creative flair to support product listing optimisations.
● A strong grasp of basic SEO, PPC and online keyword-driven marketing.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
