Come be a part of a rapidly expanding business. Amazon Insurance Store is seeking a talented online marketing specialist for our UK Home insurance offering we recently launched. This is just the beginning of our insurance store and you could join at the right time to manage our fast-growing portfolio.

Success in this role requires displaying a hands-on approach, a deep knowledge of the drivers of growth for digital channels in order to drive continuous improvement, including optimising budgets, channels, creative to accelerate growth in the insurance industry. You are results-driven, creative, yet technical, and have shown the ability to identify new effective growth channels and implement the smallest hacks. You love data and are comfortable working with designers, engineers, and product managers to get things done. You will execute strategies to grow customer adoption and repeat buyers via App and Web journeys within spend efficiency goals. You are a highly analytical self-starter with several years marketing experience and some experience of managing significant budgets within online performance marketing channels. This role reports to the Head of Marketing, Amazon Insurance Store and supports Senior Marketing Managers.
The role is based in London.

Key job responsibilities
  • Drive customer adoption from Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display, under the guidance of a Senior Marketing Manager.
  • You will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns targeting our existing customer base and attracting in-market consumers
  • Work to deliver against customer acquisition and profitability goals.
  • Monitor spend and devise ways of spending more efficiently.
  • Provide and support thorough analysis of the channel’s impact, both in terms of transactional and incremental value.
  • Work closely with third party agencies and partners day to day in order to deliver against goals. As well as direct ownership of some on-Amazon and inhouse operated channels.
  • Report on progress against goals and other relevant metrics. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to meet objectives and budgets.
  • Implement and continually test creative and messaging to support campaigns.
  • Make proactive recommendations of new opportunities to expand the online marketing efforts.
  • Understand and support for internal measurement and data protection processes.
  • Raise and track finance purchase order process for paid media channels and ensure spend tracks to plan.

  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills.
  • Financial services or payments experience desirable
  • Knowledge of Third-Party tracking and measurement solutions and frameworks (pixels and SDKs).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Master or MBA degree
