Who are we?
William May is one of the UK’s leading pre-owned jewellery and luxury watch specialists.
We are looking to employ an experienced E-Commerce Customer Service / Web Assistant who is an organised, loyal and hardworking candidate, who works well as part of a team whilst also being able to work on their own.
Working hours are Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:00.
Main responsibilities:
Assisting with enquiries by telephone, chat, email and social media
Packaging and preparing orders for dispatch
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Data entry via computer
Assisting the team with any other tasks required
Person Specifics:
Experience using Excel and Word.
Good telephone manner.
Computer literate.
An excellent eye for detail.
Able to take initiative and work well independently.
A positive attitude and good communication skills.
Team player.
Any experience of working in retail or with jewellery, diamonds and watches would be desirable however the right personality with a methodical approach to tasks is just as important.
