Online Customer Services Team Member
We have an exciting opportunity with our Online Customer Services Team located at our Head Office in Enfield. Your primary objective will be to provide superior customer services and help grow our product offering.
You will be responsible for:
- Communicating effectively through email, live chat, and on the telephone with our customers.
- Proactively managing customer enquiries in adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Resolving customer questions and complaints in a manner that will result in a positive outcome.
- Collaborating and working positively with other company departments.
- Review supplier brands and help publish new products on the website.
- Assist in day to day management of our social media sites.
- Being proactive and providing ideas and suggestions to help continually improve our service offering to our customers.
Key skills and attributes:
- Previous experience of working in a Customer Service role is preferable.
- Computer literate with ability to use Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of G-Mail is also helpful.
- Ability to work under pressure, be a self-motivator who is willing to go the extra mile.
- Great written and telephone communication skills.
- A pro-active team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
- An open mind with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Salary – OTE £23,000
Hours – 32.5 – 40 per week pro rata
