A great opportunity has arisen for an online customer service advisor at one of our elegant retail clothing stores located in Edgware Road London. My Client are doing very well financially at the moment and prize themselves on being successful and able to grow even in a difficult climate! To be successful within this role the Online Customer service advisor will need to have demonstrated strong writing and communication skills and be able to project this fluently. We would love to hear from you if you are passionate, enthusiastic, and always ensure customers are at the heart of what you do. The Ideal candidate will deliver customer service through channels such as email and live chat and ensure the customer journey is smooth throughout.
This role is available for an immediate start!
