Employee Benefits Collective are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Online Benefits Team. You will deliver effective solutions to our customers ensuring that we use technology to create exceptional employee experiences. You will be offering advice and support to customers on benefit options, working closely with the wider EBC team to deliver on the agreed scheme designs, and proactively managing the customer relationship.

The role
You will be working as part of the Online Benefit team by supporting the Head of Online to set up and manage new clients, look after the day to day management of client accounts and form and develop relationships with corporate clients.
You will work with external clients on processes and work with the wider EBC team on client configuration.
Other responsibilities include:
- Looking at new business opportunities
- Completing payroll reporting
- Completing monthly client data updates
- Undertaking administration of online benefits as required
- Understanding and providing accurate information regarding benefit options
- Effectively communicating with other departments
- Reconciling data at month end for Online benefits clients
- Building effective relationships with clients
- Managing membership mailbox with clients queries on a day to day basis
What you bring to the role:
- Excellent level of computer literacy, including Outlook and all Microsoft Office functions. Strong Excel skills would be an advantage.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and resilient with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- A reflective and committed approach to own professional and personal development
As part of the role, you will need to be prepared to travel quarterly to meet with the Head of Online Benefits.
