Job Description Summary
The Commercial Welcome Team has teams based in both Edinburgh and Birmingham focussing on supporting the onboarding journey for new to bank clients with turnovers ranging between £3million-£25 million.We develop strong working relationships with our Relationship Managers, the team and other stakeholders across Lloyds Banking Group to deliver for the client.
Job Description
As an Onboarding/ KYC Analyst you'll be focused on supporting the onboarding journey of New To Bank SME clients delivering full Know Your Customer checks with a portfolio of clients and Relationship Managers, providing the required client experience to cement Lloyds Banking Group to Be the Best Bank for Business. Working within a team of Onboarding Managers, responding to client needs to ensure excellence in service is delivered to our clients.
We need you to demonstrate the following qualities:
- An ability to quickly build relationships; to understand and meet clients timeframes with regards account opening requests.
- Be meticulous in your approach to information gathering from various resources whilst building a picture of our clients business activities.
- Enthusiastic, with the desire to deliver great service, and a team mate that can work closely with colleagues..
- We also need your flexibility in relation to our current hybrid working patterns at home and in the offices.
