Onboarding Administrator
Location: Remote
Contract: Full time
Let’s tell you about the Role....
- Providing effective administrative support for recruitment across the organisation
- Working with the recruitment team to ensure that candidates are processed quickly and efficiently
- Processing all documentation for new starters including references, DBS, new starter documentation
- Supporting with the administration of any recruitment initiatives as and when needed
- Providing administrative support for the appointment process, including issuing initial offer and confirmation letters, alongside terms and conditions as required
- Sending for, receiving and logging appropriate references
- Processing DBS applications
- Managing overall candidate records, ensuring all files are compliant in line with CQC regulations
- Liaising with applicants throughout the onboarding process, answering queries and following up on outstanding requirements
- Updating relevant application/HR systems with all information, ensuring that candidates are uploaded to the system efficiently and ahead of their start date
Let’s Hear About You...
- Knowledge of recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Previous experience in managing an ATS and HR system to manage candidate records
- Knowledge of legislative requirements to ensure a high quality, compliant on-boarding process
- Previous experience working to CQC guidelines and requirements
- Understanding of the DBS process
