We are looking for an Onboarding Admin Assistant who can help us deliver our mission to make it seamless for individuals and businesses to make the transition to zero-carbon driving.
We have a rapidly growing customer base that rates their experience with us as Excellent on Trustpilot and we want to continue to extend that experience in all aspects of the in-life journey for our clients.
Our Client Onboarding team is rapidly growing so there is lots to do, but also a chance to influence how this team operates and evolves in the future, as well as to shape the process and customer journey.
This is currently a short term role (2 months) but this period may extend, and we are expanding in many new directions, so other roles may become available during your time here.
What you'll do
- Manage the set up of new companies onto our system, Key2
- Maintain and update our internal system to log all client contact details
- General admin duties eg. monitoring incoming emails and internal instant messages via Slack
- Lead new clients through the technical onboarding process in partnership with Business Development and Customers Success
- Manage and execute change requests, within the agreed service-level agreement (SLA)
What you'll need
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Google Suite is preferred
- A passion for sustainability and a decarbonised future
- An interest in cars (particularly EVs!) is a bonus
