Welcome to Pride in London 2023
2022 marked the 50th anniversary of Pride in the UK making it one of the biggest events in Pride in London history. As we build on the success of 2022, this makes it an exciting time to participate in Pride in London as a Steward!
Pride in London has a renewed sense of purpose to highlight the challenges still facing the LGBT+ community today despite progress. We are run by a group of volunteers who are passionate about equality and diversity and are drawn from all walks of life. Pride aims to raise awareness of LGBT+ issues and campaign for the freedoms that will allow all of our community to live their lives on a genuinely equal footing.
Your Role:
You'll be at the heart of the event, joining one of the many shifts with hundred of other volunteers who'll help to:
Keep the parade flowing
Mann crossing points
Liaise with parade Groups
Be the point of contact for spectators
Shake Fundraising Buckets
Support our Volunteer Check-in
and so much more.
You don't need experience as we'll provide you with training before you hits the streets of London.
