Please note: This role is an Online Turbo Booster role.


What you'll be doing:


The role will support the online shop operations within the Camden Standard shop.

You will be listing items from the shop and preparing, photographing, posting & packing the sold items. This, together with the responsibility for the recruitment and development of volunteers for our online shop, means that the role is instrumental for the growth and development of our online business.

You are expected to lead and further expand the online offer of the shop and to empower the online team to deliver high levels of quality and customer service while offering support, direction and inspiration where needed.

In conjunction with the Shop Manager you will play a pivotal role in the management of product supply, storage, inventory systems, sales and returns within an online shop environment. You will work to develop a strong sense of teamwork across all departments and with strong leadership and high levels of motivation you will deliver against objectives and set KPI’s. You will support in the development of both our people and the business and ensure teams are fully communicated to and supported.

You will ensure all shifts are covered maximising operational hours and must be passionate about people and the work Oxfam does.
