On-Call Administrator
Nos Da Healthcare are seeking an On-Call Administrator to work each weekend from home covering the business's out of hours on-call service across the full branch network.
Please Note; although a remote role, the successful applicant must be based in South Wales and be able to pick up the company mobile from either Bargoed or Swansea at 16:00 on a Friday evening and drop it back over at 08:00 Monday morning.
The Role

- £125.00 per weekend,

Job Description
- Responsible for all shift bookings, issue's and events during weekend hours from 16:00 Friday to 08:00 Monday for our South Wales locations.
- Ensure all shift bookings and staff transfers for the office are scheduled and filled.
- Complete a full administration report for each office from weekend events.
- Act as the escalation point for all customer complaints and issues ensuring customers receive the highest levels of customer service and the company's brand is maintained at all times during weekend hours.
- Assisting with HR & Admin tasks where possible.
- Weekend supervision of candidate database.
Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 1 year Recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience working with google spreadsheets is beneficial but not essential.
- Use of internet from home is essential.
- Exceptional Phone manner.
- Efficient & Organised.
