What our agencies typically look for in entry-level candidates:
Although a science degree is not essential for every opportunity, a real desire and passionate for healthcare and creativity is. Some of our opportunities (Adelphi) do however look for those with BSc/MSc and PHDs in Life Sciences.- The ability to get stuck in and not be afraid to ask questions.
