You’ll help us deliver holistic corporate health and wellness programmes that enable organisations to promote and maintain the physical, mental and social wellbeing of their employees.
The specifics of your role will depend on whether your role is assigned to support a specific client or if your role is part of the national team providing advice and guidance to your diverse portfolio of clients.
Whether you’re based on a client site, work remotely for a specific client or are part of our national case management team, day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for a variety of duties.
The national case management team deliver a valued and respected independent medical assessment service, making recommendations underpinned by clinical excellence through management reports and health assessment questionnaires.
In addition to case management, you’ll be involved in case triage and provide invaluable clinical advice via our National OH Advice Line. You may also be involved in assessing and providing advice in specialised areas such as immunisations and travel health.

What we look for
- A qualification in Occupational Health (diploma, degree, PGrad dip, Msc.) plus experience in commercial occupational health provision
- Experience and training in a range of occupational health competencies or someone who has a good basic grounding in OH and is proactive and keen to learn
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
