Entier Ltd are currently recruiting for Adhoc Chefs to work on various offshore units mobilising from various sites in the UK.

As an Adhoc Chef, you will work on various offshore units to contribute to the provision of a quality catering services to our customers and clients. You will support the Chef Manager to prepare and deliver a comprehensive breakfast, lunch, dinner service for the crew onboard by providing a variety of choice and healthy options each mealtime.

As a member of the Entier family, you must be passionate about delivering high level of customer service and be motivated to deliver exceptional quality and standards on behalf of the company. Although no previous offshore experience is required, you must have experience of working in a fast-paced kitchen while having the ability to remain professional and calm throughout.

You should hold a minimum certification of Professional Cookery SVQ/NVQ Level 2 and have relevant experience of working in a professional kitchen setting.

Applicants must already hold:

  • Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)
  • Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET)
  • Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS)
  • Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST)
  • OGUK Medical (including Food handlers' assessment)
  • Bideltoid Measurements (Shoulder Measurement)

Offshore rotations are often irregular to meet with operational requirements and will vary in length up to 21 days. Hours of work will vary depending on assignment but will be 12 hours per shift (nightshift or day shift).

This position attracts a day rate of attract a day rate of £227.50 or £279.90 (depending on role undertaken) and will mobilise from Aberdeen or Norwich (or other UK location as specified by the company). A contribution towards your travel/accommodation will be made each time you mobilise.
