Job description
We are a small well-established shopfitting company who have plans to expand into new areas of the construction, maintenance, and store fit-out industry. As part of this expansion, we are moving to larger premises and have a vacancy for someone to help support our existing team and our growing business.
Our projects are based throughout the UK, so our teams are largely based remotely. We need someone based centrally at our new site on Wrexham industrial estate to assist with the following.
- General administration duties
- Updating records
- Managing existing documentation and helping to implement new documentation/procedures
- Answering calls, dealing with customers
- Booking accommodation
- Booking waste removals
- Arranging parking permits
- Ordering consumables
- Dealing with suppliers and ordering materials
- Managing our maintenance portal
The right candidate will have the following skills
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and a good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Driving licence
Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00 am-4.00 pm (with some flexibility) and full training will be given.
28 days of holiday per year (including bank holidays)
