Our Services to the Firm department supports the internal and external efforts of our partners, our department staff and clients. We are looking for an additional person with strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic to work in our administrative services team.

- Reception and general office duties.
- Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
- Accurately and efficiently format, proof, finalize and distribute Firm documents, adhering to the established guidelines and quality control methodologies and standards.
- Confirm completeness and accuracy of own work and check the work of others to confirm there are zero defects in order to minimize errors and redundancies.
- Monitor, prioritize and process work-flow in a timely manner which includes updating metrics and other relevant departmental production information
- Understand and adhere to organizational and legal policies for quality, risk mitigation, confidentiality, and data privacy
- Assist with other administrative duties, including but not limited to office administration, partner support and other practice support areas as needed.
- Remotely assist or travel to other offices, offsite USPS, FedEX or client locations as necessary.
- Assist with daily cleaning and restocking of kitchen areas.
- 2+ years of administrative and/or customer service assistance experience
- Must be able to stand and scan documents for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25lbs.
- Dependable, flexible and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality
- Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing work within a team environment
- Able to perceive and analyze problems, develop alternatives and implement resolutions
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $27/hr to $35/hr.
