Job Title: Office Services Assistant
Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Role Overview:
The Office Services Assistant will work amongst a small team of peers, taking on responsibility for providing regular reception duties, document copying and postal services across our three main sites in Cheltenham.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
- Managing reception services on a rota basis, operating a Cisco switchboard system; answering, screening and forwarding calls to relevant colleagues
- Meet & greet with visitors and contractors in accordance to Health & Safety procedures
- Booking of pool cars, ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Issuing, checking and collecting ID badges as necessary and maintain signing-in logs
- Document scanning, copying and sending parcels and documents using the most cost-efficient and effective methods
- Ordering stationary and maintaining stock levels
- Distributing internal mail across various sites as and when required
Your previous experience is likely to include….
- Working within a reception environment, with knowledge of Cisco switchboard system, or similar
- Working within customer facing roles
To be successful in this role you will…
- Be highly efficient with excellent communication skills
- Possess high attention to detail and show the ability to contribute positively as part of a team, while showing the ability to use own initiative
- Be able to travel between different Spirax Sarco sites within Cheltenham
