Brief
We are looking for an Office & Operations Assistant to join our small but busy company to support our current enablement team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Your main role will be providing comprehensive support to the EA’s, including assisting with sourcing venues and travel arrangements. You will also be responsible for sourcing and sorting training kit for our client events. In addition, there is an operational support side to this role, supporting the team with programme and event logistics and on occasion travelling to events to support in-person.
We are therefore looking for someone that is confident, energetic, able to hit the ground running and eager to get stuck in with multiple areas of the business. We need someone who is highly organised and competent to take a brief and act upon it in a concise, very detailed and timely manner. This role has the potential to develop and offer the candidate opportunities to move into other areas of the business as they progress.
This is very much a hybrid role, with a lot of remote work, but the expectation to attend meetings in person and support at in-person events as and when required.
Main responsibilities
· Liaising with and supporting our enablement team, specifically our EA’s
· Day-to-day general administrative tasks
· Sourcing venues & booking travel
· Sourcing, sorting and dispatching training kit
· Supporting complex logistics for global events
· Supporting events in person occasionally throughout the year

- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage own schedule and work independently from home
- Motivated and pro-active, a real team player
