Job description
We have an opportunity for an Office of CAO (Chief Administrative Office) Analyst to join our Office of CAO department on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will report to the Market Change Manager and will support the team to deliver strategic programmes and execute operational responsibilities such as the business-as-usual management of various regulatory activities. You will work closely with all members of the office of CAO team and will provide support across programmes and in the provision of coordination and support in oversight duties on business-as-usual functions.
The role includes responsibilities such as working with the Office of CAO team in collaboration and at times independently in engaging key stakeholders across TMK on change initiatives. Undertake analysis on the change requirements and work as a team in utilising this analysis to identify what needs to happen to ensure delivery. You will be expected to work across the whole of TMK in undertaking analysis on what initiatives mean for others and identify and execute ways of delivering to our commitments. In addition to this, you will support the Head of Office of CAO and Management team in executing the coordination duties for the team for example management of the Office of CAO intranet page, coordination of team sessions with other teams, production of reports.
The successful candidate will have a high level of credibility and will be able to build strong working relationships across the business at all levels. They will be energetic and highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence in pursuit of business growth and success. The candidate will also have an adaptable style and strong co-ordination skills and must be able to demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
