Office Manager | Contract role | 12 months maximum
£35,000 - £40,000 | City-based (office based)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Office Manager to act as a lynchpin in a city-based firm. Here you will manage a small team. The office manager will be the face of the business for suppliers and a point of contact for the partners in 2 other offices in the rest of the UK.

The role is wide-ranging and will encompass facilities, events and vendor management along with key projects as the business grows even further. (Around 100 staff currently in London and offices in 7 other countries including Brazil and the US).
There may be travel to other offices and potentially to other countries for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this area with a strong emphasis on managing and training staff, and dealing with day-to-day ER issues. Must be happy to commit to the contract. You should have a proactive approach and a positive, people-focused nature. It may suit a Tier 5 visa Office manager who is looking for a dynamic company culture with an intelligent and ethical workforce.
Salary is dependent on experience.
