Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading the customer services team to ensure a first class service is delivered to our customers and our retail stores. You will also manage the administration and all day to day needs of the office and recruitment and training needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting, building and developing a team of 6 customer services and sales operations executives.
A hands on approach to managing the team to deal with all incoming business enquiries, sales orders and associated administration, ensuring high standards of customer service is achieved and maintained.
You will be tasked to ensure a highly efficient, friendly and happy environment for your team to excel in and for our customers to enjoy.
Working with with our sales, marketing, warehouse, distribution, finance and purchasing teams, to ensure prompt processing of sales orders and other customer services admin tasks with complete accuracy.
Hands on management of recruitment and training needs for the office.
Rota and holiday diary management.
Responsible for setting up new employees work stations and settling in.
Overseeing general admin such as picking note and invoice scanning, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Usual office management duties.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a similar dynamic management role dealing with trade and consumers, be at a degree qualified level, ideally with HR and Operations experience in a similar FMCG industry, have a positive can-do attitude and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively. A dynamic, business minded proactive professional who can cope with unpredictable volumes of work, busy periods and tight deadlines.
This hands on role demands meticulous attention to detail and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
We are not able to consider candidates outside of a 40 minute commute to our offices at NW10 7ST.
