ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an office manager for our London based office.
- As the office manager, you will be the point person for managing CFM's relationship with the Landlord/Building Management team, maintenance, mailing, office supplies & IT equipment, invoice approval.
- You will manage relationships with vendors and suppliers ensuring seamless services.
- You will be the Certified Emergency First Aider in the Workplace.
- You will be the travel coordinator for the UK office team and all Paris office employees remotely from London (80+).
- You will be in charge of the maintenance of UK Benefits and Pension package in conjunction with the HR department, based in Paris
- You will also handle general roles associated with Executive Assistant / PA; scheduling of meetings, video conference calls, general support to visitors, expenses etc.
- You have a Bachelor Degree + 2/3 years.
- You have between 5-10 years of work experience in Office Management.
- You have self-motivation, confidence, autonomy, methodical and resourcefulness.
- You have proficiency in ability to communicate at all levels and act as an organizational lynchpin.
- You have basic knowledge of use basic Windows/PC skills.
- Your French language skills is a plus.
