About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant/Office Manager to make a difference within the Allegra Group.
If you have a meticulous eye for detail and a demonstrated ability to improve processes whilst meeting deadlines confidently and consistently, then this is the job for you. What do we want you to know before you apply?
This is a hybrid opportunity consisting of responsibilities that span across both an Executive Assistant and Office Manager role. Ad-hoc duties will be a large part of this role, but the ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and proactive, willing to take on opportunities that span across all our companies.
Please note, we are looking for a candidate to work 5 days a week in the office as this role is vital to creating a collaborative, organised, environment with an emphasis on collective innovation, productivity, and accessibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Office Manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Executive Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
