Purpose of the Role:
Alexanders Group are a fast growing and award-winning removals and storage company based in TW4.

We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager, who can also support the Director with some EA duties, or someone with a HR Administration background to support the company and its teams.

Key Objectives:
Provide general office and administrative support across the company, and to the Company Director
- Assisting with inbound and internal office queries
- Manage staff absences and holiday rotas.
- Researching and rolling out new processes and systems
- Managing and maintaining office supplies (facilities)
- Support the Director with reports, diary management, and personal travel bookings.
- Manage effective communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, organisational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Greet visitors to site & make them feel welcome demonstrating outstanding hospitality.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiastic, positive, and very well organised. Possesses a ‘can do’ attitude
- Demonstratable experience of working in an office/HR administration or come from an office management background.
- An excellent communicator with strong written, verbal skills, and good analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organise and disseminate information accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excels at building stakeholder relationships.
- Great attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- proficient IT skills with a good understanding of IT systems & infrastructure, with the ability to learn and use new systems effectively.
Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without resctriction and be able to travel to Alexanders Group Offices (TW4 & NW10)
