About the Position
Contract Type: Full-Time, All Year Round, Permanent
Working Pattern: 8am to 5pm
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum

Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Your main responsibilities will include:
- To perform the reception, admissions, school finance duties etc.
- To deal with queries and provide information and advice about the school to current and prospective parents.
- To line manage and organise office staff to ensure the smooth running of the school office.
- To provide a full range of secretarial skills to work generated by the Head.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working in a fast paced busy office environment.
- Can build successful and appropriate relationships with pupils, staff, parents, and the wider community.
- Is hard-working and organised.
- Has management experience (desired but not essential)
- Has worked within a school environment (desired but not essential)
