Office Manager
(Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00, remote-first with office visits at least fortnightly)

Travtus is seeking to appoint an Office Manager that exhibits outstanding communication skills, the ability to take the initiative and prioritise daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Hundreds of thousands of users rely on Tratvus’s flagship product ADAM to help with and solve day-to-day problems relating to the properties they are renting. Building Managers rely on ADAM to automate their businesses, deliver data insights that inform business decisions, provide compliance and collaboration across multiple sites and provide their residents with amazing levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Track the operational budget
- Maintaining equipment asset register, compliance documentation and compliance calendar
- Procurement and ordering of a variety of goods including but not limited to laptops, office supplies and team swag
- Organising disposal of old equipment
- Administration of software licenses, tax invoices, expenses and the HMRC sponsorship (visa) process
- Manage the employee roster, organise the new joiner process (onboarding and induction) and facilitate effective performance reviews
- Manage vendors/contractors
- Ensure team swag gets to clients and employees in a timely manner
- Organise and coordinate team events, conferences and all travel
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a small startup environment
- Experience working with Airtable and working with databases, an advantage
- Knowledge of People & HR an advantage
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to take the initiative and solve problems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
