Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
The Fox Theatre in Atlanta is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Assistant Ticket Officer Manager.
- Manages the ticket inventory, including creating show builds according to promoter specifications, building ticket offers and discounts, managing inventory, setting up pre-sales, on-sales, and fan club offers, and providing reports as needed;
- Analyze and create financial reports in all ticketing systems, including reporting statistics, event statements, daily recaps, event settlements, and customer data;
- Maintain and support all ticketing system users in sales and reporting tools;
- Log and report all guest service communications and ADA requests in the CRM System;
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that internal and external guest ticketing needs are being met and exceeded;
- Serve as liaison for guests with disabilities regarding ticket purchases and access to ticket distribution systems;
- In the absence of the Ticket Office Management, manage the day-to-day operations of the Ticket Office, including the Ticket Office personnel;
- Other duties as directed.
- Associate's Degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a ticketing environment;
- Must have experience conducting financial reconciliations, statements, and reporting;
- Must have extensive experience working with ticketing software (preferably Paciolan) and Microsoft Office Products;
- Must have experience working in an environment where customer service is a priority;
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times;
- Must have demonstrated competencies in oral and written communications, customer service, and business ethics.
- Should be able to remain stationary for long periods;
- Should be able to traverse the venue, including moving between floors;
- Occasionally required to stoop or lift light materials or equipment.
- Must be able to work variable shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed;
- Successful applicants must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check.
