The Role @ Red Kite Games
Red Kite is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and charismatic Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our studio runs smoothly and efficiently, while also creating a welcoming and positive environment for our employees and visitors.
You will also have a close working relationship with other teams across the group, including the talent team, HR, facilities, HSE, and finance.
Please note that this role is on-site, full-time and based out of our studio in Leeds.
In this role you will:
- Maintain and improve the working environment, liaising with cleaners and other contractors.
- Conduct monthly H&S Inspections, liaising with the Facilities Management Company and the Building Management.
- Manage Fire Safety, First Aid, and Mental Health First Aid Training.
- Work closely with other areas of the group, including but not limited to the HR team, talent team, and finance team.
- Onboard new starters, including management of the new starter kits, HR inductions, and health and safety inductions.
- Book and manage UK and international travel for major conferences and events in the industry.
- Provide financial assistance to the wider finance team, including but not limited to raising purchase orders and managing expenses.
