Due to expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced sales manager responsible for the sales and general running of the administration and front of house at our busy training academy in Glasgow.
The right candidate will have a background in meticulous administration with a high level of attention to detail. Please note this role is not suited to anyone looking to enter the beauty industry or with beauty experience as it is an office and management based role.
THE JOB ROLE INCLUDES
- Managing the day to day administration, emails, telephone answering and front of house.
- Ensuring the day to day set up is organised and resets for classes are set up correctly
- Organising and checking in groups of students to prepare them for classes
- Processing payments and funding
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Processing funding applications
- Organising day to day running of classes
- Managing bookings at both locations
- Preparing and dispatching pro shop orders
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
SKILLS REQUIRED
- A very high standard of MS Office skills (word/Excel/Outlook)
- Calm under pressure and highly organised
- Analytically minded
- A very high level of attention to detail
- Able to work to deadlines
- Polite and friendly manner and of very smart appearance.
- Effective in organising and prioritising workload
The job role offers room for progression within a rapidly expanding ambitious company. And includes a performance related bonus scheme and regular salary review.
Salary: From £25,000.00 per year. Salary will be reviewed after 6 months.
