Do you have core traits to be a successful Office Manager to support all staff and pupils across school at Hilltop?


Hilltop is a designated SLD (Severe Learning Disability) school situated in Maltby, Rotherham.


We are a through school meaning we accept some students on a part time basis from the age of 2 in our Early Years class, up to our oldest students in our Post 16 Department who leave us aged 19 in Year 14.

Our Opportunity

We are looking for an Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative duties including providing leadership support to our office team and managing our school’s general administrative activities. We would ideally like someone who can support the Site Manager and Headteacher to develop and ensure safety of the school buildings.


The post is 37 hours during term time, plus 10 days which you will be expected to work flexibly within the school holidays. Please note that your annual holiday entitlement must be taken during school holidays.
