The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanour so they can effectively interact with office visitors/customers and be able to work within a fast moving office environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Sage line 50.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
