Nationwide Refurbishment Company is looking for a highly experienced Office Manager to join the team must have experience within the building and maintenance sector
The work is on a Self-employed basis and is based in the office in Leagrave, Luton.
The work is to be started ASAP.
Hours 30-40 Hours
Main responsibilities:
- Raising POs and Invoices to our clients
- Co-ordinating the projects as per their deadlines
- Updating the projects through Smartsheet
- Checking and signing off projects' paperwork before processing payments
- Liaising directly with the Managing Director and the Project Managers
- General office duties
You are the perfect candidate if you:
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Are able to work under pressure
- Very communitive as dealing with top-level executives
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Outlook Essential
- Have a good knowledge of Smartsheet
