Job Description

• Full responsibility for portfolio of clients - planning, overseeing and reviewing jobs; review and file work; liaise with build relationships
• Carry out management of your team - appraisals, 1-2-1's, on-the-job training
• You will also have a level of involvement with the business development and networking side of the business - up for discussion

The Successful Applicant

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• At least 2 years of experience managing and growing your own portfolio
• Experience in managing teams
• Ideally, have IRIS experience
• Confident, personable and a good leader
