Job Title: Office Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate staff members
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other communications to staff
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as necessary
- Manage office equipment and technology, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs when needed
- Liaise with the accountants in managing and keeping records of office invoices and expenses;
- Manage the administrator work in the office; Oversee general IT support including a wide range of office software to ensure the efficiency of the business operation;
- Provide a conducive and safe workplace including planning on any maintenance and repairs;
- Managing the communication and collaboration with other third parties including clients and suppliers;
- Conduct other checks and duties asked directly by Director.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
