Details of duties:
Keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support
Plans work schedules, assigns tasks, and delegates responsibilities,
Advises on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and vacancy records,
Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls, and delivering world class service to our customers.
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
Organize office operations and procedures.
Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment
Serve as the point person for office manager duties including:
Maintenance
Mailing
Supplies
Equipment
Bills
Errands
Shopping
Details of the skills, experience and qualifications required for the job role.
We expect a minimum of GCSEs/S grades but is possible with other academic qualifications and/or relevant experience. A degree in management or administration will be preferred.
